Azizi is gearing up to embark on the ambitious construction of the world’s second-tallest tower, strategically located opposite the World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. While the precise height of this remarkable skyscraper is yet to be officially disclosed, early estimations indicate it will soar beyond the 700-meter mark. The visionary project is set to redefine Dubai’s skyline and offer an array of amenities and luxury offerings.
The grand development will encompass a six-story shopping mall, boasting a diverse retail experience. Moreover, it will comprise over 700 residential units, promising residents unparalleled living spaces in the sky. Additionally, a luxury hotel, featuring approximately 300 opulent suites, will be operated by Azizi under their new hospitality brand, offering guests an exclusive and lavish stay.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2027, a timeframe that reflects the scale and complexity of this groundbreaking venture. To oversee this monumental project, Azizi has appointed Kang Sang Ku as the Executive Director. With an impressive track record spanning over 30 years in managing high-rise developments, including the iconic Burj Khalifa, Sang Ku brings a wealth of international experience to the endeavor.
Azizi Developments is not only setting its sights on the world’s second-tallest tower but also focusing on delivering a portfolio of approximately 11,000 residential units across 45 projects in Dubai in 2023. These encompass various phases within the Riviera development, as well as Park Avenue I, II, and III in MBR City, and Berton in Al Furjan. This commitment underscores Azizi’s dedication to shaping the future of Dubai’s real estate landscape while meeting the evolving needs of its residents and investors.
