LEOS Developments has introduced its latest project, Weybridge Gardens 3: The Alps Edition, a luxury residential development in Dubailand. This is the third addition to the company’s Weybridge Collection, further solidifying its footprint in Dubai’s real estate sector.
The new project will consist of 208 residential units, including a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments. Unit sizes will range from 464 sq.ft. for studios to 1,570 sq.ft. for the larger three-bedroom apartments. A standout feature of the development is that select one and three-bedroom apartments will offer private plunge pools, adding an extra touch of exclusivity.
Residents of Weybridge Gardens 3 will enjoy a variety of premium amenities, such as a rooftop swimming pool, an outdoor cinema, and a gym. The development benefits from its strategic location just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, offering easy access to key areas of Dubai. Completion of the project is expected by the third quarter of 2026.
