Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have partnered to create Expo Living, a new residential community in Expo City Dubai. The venture introduces Terra Heights, its first residential phase, now open for booking. This phase offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with modern layouts and views of lush courtyards.
Expo Living spans an impressive 451,295 square metres, blending residential, retail, and hospitality spaces, including the Dubai Expo Mall, designed to offer a vibrant mix of shopping, dining, and leisure options.
Strategically located near key landmarks, the community is a 15-minute walk from Expo City and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, which is undergoing a substantial expansion to triple its event space by 2031. It is also a short drive from Al Maktoum International Airport, a significant hub in Dubai’s ongoing development.
The project reflects Dubai’s 2040 Urban Plan, focusing on sustainability and enhancing quality of life. The community is designed to balance relaxation with connectivity, featuring green parks, yoga decks, outdoor pools, and barbecue areas. These amenities cater to both tranquillity and social interaction, offering residents a unique urban living experience.
Emaar’s Executive Director, Ahmed Al Matrooshi, highlighted the development’s accessibility and emphasis on community living. He said that its strategic location and well-thought-out facilities create an ideal environment for residents to thrive, ensuring work, travel, and leisure are all within easy reach.
Amer Al Farsi, Acting Vice President of Real Estate Development at DWTC, emphasised the project’s alignment with broader urban plans, saying that the collaboration strengthens Expo City Dubai as a leading integrated community, setting a new standard for modern urban living.
Expo Living exemplifies a forward-looking approach to urban design, seamlessly connecting living spaces with local and global opportunities. The project integrates sustainable practices and creates a harmonious environment, providing a lifestyle rooted in comfort, accessibility, and well-being.
