OMNIYAT, a prominent Dubai-based private property developer, unveiled a new AED 7 billion project at the Monaco Yacht Show on Monday.
The Alba Residences, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, will feature a selection of luxurious living spaces, including two-bedroom furnished units, three-bedroom unfurnished apartments, as well as three or four-bedroom simplex and duplex residences, and opulent penthouses. Positioned on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, these residences will offer breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa.
