Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website owners useful information about how their site is being used.
2. Cookies We Use
Below is every cookie and item of browser storage this website uses, grouped by purpose. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner.

Campaign Source Cookie
If you reach our website through a link that carries campaign details, for example from one of our ads or emails, we keep those details in a first-party cookie for the rest of your visit. If you then send us an enquiry, they are saved with it in our CRM so we know which campaign brought you to us. The cookie holds only the campaign details of that link and the address of the page you arrived on. It is set only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, is read only by our own server when you submit a form, and is deleted when you close your browser.

Analytics Cookies
Set by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. They show us how visitors use the website, for example which pages are read most, so we can improve it. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode): it sets no cookies, and Google receives only cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, also counts page views and measures how fast pages load (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). These tools use no cookies.
Marketing Cookies
Set only if you accept marketing cookies. We use two Meta Pixels, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and enquiries, and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested.
The pixels use Meta's automatic advanced matching. When you submit a form, they take the contact details you typed in, such as your email address and phone number, turn them into hashed (scrambled) values in your browser, and send those values to Meta so that Meta can match your enquiry to a Meta account. Without marketing consent, nothing is sent to Meta.

Accepting marketing cookies also allows Google's tags to use advertising storage and data under Google Consent Mode, so Google can measure our advertising on Google.

3. Managing Cookies

You can change your choice at any time with the button below, or by clearing this website's cookies and site data in your browser, after which the cookie banner appears again. If you withdraw consent, we stop using analytics and marketing cookies from that point. Cookies already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by the companies whose services we use, and we do not control them: Google (Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager if enabled, which sets no cookies of its own) and Meta (the Meta Pixel), only with your consent as described above. The maps on our contact page are embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when a map loads. If we turn on Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam, it is also provided by Google. Please see the privacy policies of Google and Meta for how they use this data.
