Al Habtoor Real Estate (AHRE) is the property business of Al Habtoor Group, a privately held Dubai group that began as an engineering firm in 1970 under its founding chairman, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor. AHRE was set up in 1993 and develops, sells, leases and manages homes and offices. Its Dubai projects include Al Habtoor City, with three hotels and the Noora, Amna and Meera residential towers; Al Habtoor Tower, which topped out in April 2026 at 86 floors with 1,740 homes; and The Residences at Al Habtoor Grand, with handover expected in March 2027. The group also owns property in Hungary and Lebanon.
