In Al Wasl, Amali Properties is building Amali Residences, two linked towers on the Dubai Water Canal with interiors by HBA and architecture by Killa Design, presented together with AHS Properties, founded by their brother Abbas Sajwani. Amali Properties has not yet handed over a project; its first handover, Amali Island, is due in 2027.
