It is privately held: its shares were delisted from the Dubai Financial Market on 31 May 2022 after a buyout by its founder, and it raises debt through sukuk listed on Nasdaq Dubai. DAMAC reports more than 50,000 homes delivered. It has created branded residences with Versace, Fendi, Cavalli and Trump, and its master communities include DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Islands.
