Nakheel Properties, a part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has granted Alec Engineering & Contracting a contract worth AED 1.8 billion to build Como Residences, an exclusive residential tower on Palm Jumeirah.
Como Residences is set for completion in the second quarter of 2028, reaching an impressive height of over 300 metres with 75 floors. The tower will host 81 units, ranging from two- to seven-bedroom apartments, along with a grand duplex penthouse.
Each floor of the building will accommodate a maximum of two apartments, creating a private and exclusive atmosphere for residents. Access-controlled elevators will lead directly to private lobbies, ensuring privacy and convenience for all occupants.
Thanks to its innovative design, each unit will have a sweeping 180-degree view of the sea and Dubai’s skyline. Apartments located on level 23 and above will have 360-degree views of iconic landmarks such as Jumeirah Burj Al Arab to the east and Ain Dubai to the west, making Como Residences a standout in luxury living in Dubai.
