Nakheel Properties, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled its latest luxury offering on Palm Jebel Ali, The Beach Collection - a premium selection of 10 distinct beach villa styles designed for those seeking an exclusive lifestyle.
Designed by renowned architects, the five and six-bedroom villas range between 7,300 and 8,500 sq.ft., situated on prime beachfront plots. Each home offers residents private beach access, seamlessly merging modern living with serene coastal landscapes. Completion of the first villas is anticipated by late 2027.
This announcement follows progress updates on the Palm Jebel Ali project, where key contracts for villas, infrastructure, and public areas have been awarded. The initial phase includes contributions from firms such as Ginco General Contracting, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, and UNEC for villa and infrastructure construction. Additional works, including roads and lighting, were awarded to DBB Contracting and Khansaheb Civil Engineering, while Jan De Nul LTD oversees marine construction. These developments reflect Nakheel’s focus on timely delivery of this ambitious project.

The overwhelming demand for the first phase, which sold out rapidly, highlights the strong market interest in Palm Jebel Ali.
The Beach Collection introduces 10 unique villa designs, including eight entirely new concepts. The residences feature contemporary exteriors designed to harmonise with the island’s natural surroundings. Spacious interiors include double-height entryways, expansive living areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. Open-plan layouts integrate living, dining, and gourmet kitchen spaces, catering to both everyday life and large gatherings. Master suites are thoughtfully designed with private balconies, walk-in closets, and spa-like bathrooms featuring premium finishes.
Residents will also have access to a range of high-end amenities, including fitness centres, swimming pools, and private beach clubs, fostering a sense of community.
Spanning 13.7 kilometres and featuring 16 fronds, Palm Jebel Ali offers over 90 kilometres of coastline. The development aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, aiming to establish a new growth hub in Jebel Ali.
