Arada has introduced W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a luxury development featuring three towers in a prime seafront location, offering a selection of high-end amenities. Created in collaboration with Marriott International, this AED 5 billion project comprises over 400 premium apartments that have now been made available for purchase, promising an active and upscale lifestyle.
Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development will showcase a LEED silver-certified design and offer marina living with panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline. The 40-story towers are designed to harmonise with the surrounding environment, connecting the promenade, harbour, and skyline through its distinctive architectural features. The unique diagonal lines of the towers create the illusion of water and sky merging.
Property buyers can select from a variety of units, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to expansive five-bedroom penthouses, some of which include rooftop pools with stunning views. There are also several duplex apartments featuring three and four bedrooms, offering an elevated living experience. All residences incorporate large living spaces designed to emphasise external views, smart technology, premium kitchens and fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sophisticated finishes.
HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, commented on the project, expressing excitement over the collaboration between Arada’s development expertise and the urban energy of Marriott’s W Hotels brand. He emphasised the significance of this luxury project in contributing to Dubai’s iconic skyline.
The three towers will be linked by a podium offering an extensive range of amenities, including Dubai’s longest infinity pool at 200 metres, providing sweeping views of the sea and Ain Dubai. Residents will have access to an array of exclusive facilities such as a private lounge, music recording studio, games room, fitness centre, yoga and pilates studio, wellness spa, guest suites, and more. Publicly accessible features include dining venues with views of the marina and a retail area, along with a 43,000 sq.ft. fitness centre, the largest in the district.
Additionally, property owners will benefit from services and partnerships under Onvia, Marriott’s owner recognition program, which includes perks like Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status.

Dubai Harbour is known for its upscale residential, retail, and yachting offerings. Residents of W Residences will enjoy easy access to the region’s largest marina and the Dubai Harbour Yacht Club. With property values in Dubai Harbour increasing by 55% from late 2021 to mid-2024, the area is also set to benefit from improved connectivity, thanks to a new bridge linking it directly to Sheikh Zayed Road.
This marks Arada’s third major development in Dubai, following projects like Armani Beach Residences and Jouri Hills, further expanding the company’s growing portfolio of branded residences across the UAE. Since its inception in 2017, Arada has launched projects valued at AED 60 billion and has completed over 10,000 homes.
