Overview
Jebel Ali sits on Sheikh Zayed Road between Dubai Marina and Al Maktoum International, facing Palm Jebel Ali. It is the corridor where Dubai's next decade of infrastructure is being built: Al Maktoum International is an AED 128bn expansion designed for 260 million passengers a year at build-out, Palm Jebel Ali is twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai South is a 145 km² city being built around the airport. Inland of the E11, low-density villa communities such as Lunaya by Zaya x FIVE are being planned around lagoons and landscape, about 16 minutes from Dubai Marina.
