Al Wasl
Overview
Al Wasl is a central Dubai district off Sheikh Zayed Road, home to City Walk and next to Safa Park. Where it meets the Dubai Water Canal, a 3.2 km waterway, the stretch facing Safa Park holds only a handful of boutique super-prime buildings: One Canal, Casa Canal and Casa AHS by AHS Properties, and Amali Residences by Amali Properties, with Al Habtoor City and the JW Marriott Marquis next door. Downtown Dubai and DIFC are about ten minutes away by car in free-flowing traffic, and the airport and Palm Jumeirah about twenty.
